POOR Service

I bought volkano earphones via the HP Online shop. I made the payment before 11am on 24/06, as per their promise, my product will be delivered the next day. Which was not the case. On 26/06 I received a waybill number from HP, they used a 3rd party Dawn Wing for the delivery. I tracked my item and saw that it was delivered in JHB and I'm in Cape Town. I phoned the HP team and they said it will be delivered by the Friday 29/06. Friday came and I was so excited for my new earphones. I received a damaged box and the wrong earphones. Now it's been 2 week already. I have not received any earphones. They did not deliver of any of their promises. I am so disappointed in HP. I will definitely not recommend anyone to purchase items from their online store or from HP in general.
