Poor quality products and even worse service

<p>This has not been my month for HP products, first my HP printer which is 5 months old stops working as the print head malfunctions, HP refuses to replacte and instead insist I send it for repair. Two weeks later I am still waiting for spare parts!!</p> <p>Then the battery on my laptop dies, HP tell me it will cost R3000 to replace, make me pay 50% up front and tell me should take two days to arrive in store. 3 days later I discover that they do not keep batteries in stock because of the wide array, adn it will take 10 to 15 working days to be imported. I will never buy another HP product!!!</p>
