POOR MANUFACTURING PRODUCT

I bought a financial calculator while on holiday in Joburg @ stationery & print, this calculator cost me R800 on 05.08.2022 and a week ago it just stopped working, I tried changing the battery but still not working. I phoned this shop but apparently they only sell the product we need to get hold of the manufacturers. I tried online to find a number or email address for HP but unable to find any contact details. This is faulty device or poor manufacturing product and I am not impressed with this companyl.
