PAY BACK THE MONEY!!!!
If only the prompt response to my complaint posted on the 25th March, was matched by 'The HP Shop Team ' undertaking to PAY BACK MY MONEY. <br> <br> It has been 5 days and still I have had NO FEEDBACK nor seen any money been deposited back into my account.<br> <br> They are leaving me know choice but to seek legal advice and contact the relevant authorities. HP South Africa have also been made aware of their deception and lies.<br> <br> By the way, the cartridges are still available from numerous other suppliers. If only I had not gone the cheapest price on [URL Removed] and trusted the use of the HP branding in the shop's name. <br> <br> Very disappointing!!
