Pathetic service is a under statement
<p>I requested a quote from the online store , upon receiving the quote the items I requested did not correspond with what I requested , the answer was the can not supply those items so step to change the requirements and ask for a requote... Not rocket science... Then I get the new quote again not what I asked for.... If I ask for a blue Aston Martin V8 turbo don't offer me a pink Mini Cooper with plush fur seats..... </p>

I would kindly like to inform you that the machine you have requested is a special build and we as the Hp shop do not keep the items you wanted in stock.
The special build was done and the updated quote for the workstation has been sent today, kindly bare in mind that if you order this special build work station, it will take 4 to 8 weeks to bring into South Africa.
There is a process of 5 to 7 working days in order to obtain these quotes from Hp and take in consideration your adjustments to the initial quote that was sent.
