Pathetic service

I bought a Bundle Printer Cartridge from HP during lock down, as they still deliver. Payment was made, and delivery supposed to be within one day. A way bill was allocated with RTT to Track Parcel. It shows that my package has been deliver but in Meyerton and Not Pretoria as per order and Shipping details. Have not manage to get any answer out of HP shop as they do not answer their telephone and just stated, that the package has been signed for. Looks like HP like *****ing our Money and goods we Pay For
