PAID FOR GOODS BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM

On 09/04/2015, I ordered and paid for a bundle of 4 ink cartridges for my HP printer. Included in that order was HP photo paper. HP quote a 24 hour delivery. After a few days when I queried why I hadn't received my order, I was told that it was delivered on 10/04/2015. As I arranged for delivery of the ink cartridges at my workplace, I went to our shipping department and they advised me that the goods were not delivered to them. On going back to HP Shop, I was advised that my cartridges and photo paper were delivered by the couriers directly to the floor where I work. I don't accept this as each floor in my office is access controlled and people cannot just walk in and out as they please. In addition, the person who allegedly signed for my goods doesn't exist. I have spoken to Tracy on numerous occasions without getting any answers as to where my order is. I am sick and tired of phoning HP Shop about my order and I want it delivered immediately. This is extremely poor service from HP Shop and the stories I get about an investigation being done is just that...stories!!!!!
