order not delivered even now

<p>I bought the speakers at Hp on campus at university of Johannesburg ,on the 19th of April , which was supposed to be delivered / collected after 3 weeks even now I didn't get them . They used to say they didn't get their orders as well ,they still waiting for its shipment .last time I went there it was closed and no notification was given based on their closing to me .it is now six months still I got not my speakers. I don't know if I will ever got them or my refund atleast </p>
