OMG - HP deleted my hard drive

My experience has been only frustration and pain caused by HP Shop - with no sympathy or support from them.

After 2 months my new laptop from HP Shop ,the keyboard stopped working. They sent it to their repair centre -ENSURE SERVICES. It came back to me with a formatted harddrive. As a result I have lost months of work and thousands of rands in IT set up costs and wasted time.

No one in management returns emails or calls - except for one. That was to say pretty much "tough luck buddy, you can have a R500 voucher". No sympathy for the pain they have direclty caused to my young start up company.

I STRONGLY ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM HP PRODUCTS AND HP SHOP.
