Non delivery and no communications

I am frustrated with no service or communication from HP Shop. I ordered ink on 2020/10/31. I urgently needed the ink for a workshop I was preparing for. It is today 2020/11/24 and I have not received anything. I tried to communicate with them - I logged 2 queries and send them emails and Facebook messenger messages, I also phoned their shop number as listed on their website. All I get is auto-responses and no one answering their phones. This was my last HP purchase for my business.
