No service from HP shop - being ghosted

Ordered a printer on the 11th of May 2020. According to the website delivery would be made after a couple of days. After payment, I received a notification that they are experiencing high volumes, this should have been on the website. I would have bought a printer from a company that could deliver faster. Two weeks later, I have sent an email (got a ticket number), no one has rep****. I have called the number listed on the order confirmation email - no one answers. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received.
