No rder updates on ink cartridge order

Ordered ink cartridges 3rd Nov 2020. Today is the 13th. Only received a confirmation from First tech that the order was received. When trying to track order you get redirected to a login page after login you go back to orders and same thing from there. No Idea when to expect, Firsttech not responding to emails.
