NO DELIVERY

<p>I ordered & paid for a printer on 10 August. 24 hour delivery if before 11am so I expect it within 48 hours. 12 days later I am still waiting. I phone everyday & receive the promise it will be delivered that day. I have even given detailed directions to delivery. Sandeep is supposedly the highest manager. Still no delivery. There responses have been. Would i like them to phone RTT??? Today they decided RTT is holding up the order so would I like them to send it overnight Express with Dawn Wing?? NO! I would like someone to arrange that I get it today somehow. Even if that someone has to get in there car & personally delivery it to me!! I have even been promised a R50 discount voucher off my next order for my inconvenience which will be emailed to me. I am also still waiting for that email!!! </p>
