My first and worst experience with HP Laptop

What ever you do don't buy an HP laptop rather buy a MacBook .

As I am writing this I am on contract for 24 month paying for a Victus Laptop (One of top of the range from HP) .

My first 4 months purchase the laptop gave battery problems (Took it to ensure services to replace ) Continued with laptop . Today is my 10 months with the laptop Now I am taking it back for repairs again cause it is not switching on .

Mind you this is their top of the range laptop . Which I am still paying for it 🤔.

And when I called them they told me there is nothing they can do for cause the laptop is on contract with telkom . I am still shocked even now that I still continue paying for a laptop that is not working properly.

Very disappointed with HP
