Misleading potential customers with false information on the company's website.

I ordered a financial calculator from the HP Online Shop on Monday before 11:00, guess what? It still has not been delivered. I called their office line and spoke to Siyabonga who promised to check with their supplier and revert back to me. An hour later, I still had not heard from him. I called again, only to be told that the financial calculator I ordered is below value, therefore, their supplier does not ship items which are below value directly to the customer (internal issues which have now become my problem). The information on their website states that if you place an order before 11:00, your order will be delivered on the next working day. Stay away from the HP Online Shop#HP180566
