Lies and probably a ****

This store is pathetic. I placed an order for a toner they said they had stock of. I payed the money and now over a month later still nothing. I have sent tickets asking for a refund or even an update. I have called them so called shop many times only to never have my call answered, either this is a **** or a badly run business
