HP STOLE MY MONEY AND REFUSES TO HELP ME

THEY STOLE MY MONEY I purchased a printer from Matrix Warehouse for my business. Within 2 months the printer started eating my paper and jamming. I sent the printer into to HP 3 times now and every time they just gloss over it and do not fix the blatant fault of the printer. They refuse to refund me my money for this brand new broken printer and they even refuse to replace it. This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with and I WILL be sending them a nasty lawyer's letter forcing them to refund me my money or face a law suit.
