Hp Shop worst service delivery ever

What a disaster i bought and paid for 2 ink cartridges friday 30 August 2019 on wednesday i phoned the guy told me it should be delivered during the day. What a load of **** i had to go buy ink cartriges from game kimberley today as my ink was still not delivered. The worst service ever!!!!! Dont ever buy from them online or via bidorbuy whether you pay courier and wait 3 weeks or get free delivery you dont receive your goods!!!!!! Close your shops you suck
