HP Shop - something not right - Caveat emptor
I think this company is trading on the HP name but are no way affiliated with the global HP brand. Judging by the other comments and my experience they are just a trading company and do not carry stock of product but buy in from elsewhere. I have placed and paid for an order (but surprise, surprise they have no stock) and have asked for my money back which they say will take a least a week to process, i doubt I will ever see my money again..... ‘goedkoop is duurkoop’

25 May 2020, 09:26As an update to my earlier post, HP Shop has refunded me my money so kudos for that, but business 1 on 1 .... if you cannot supply the goods do not take people's money, as I will never think of buying from you when things go back to "normal" and if other people read this long list of complainants you won't have a business
