HP Shop SA No Refunds or Goods Delivered

On 29th April 2020, placed an order and paid for 1 x HP Black Cartridge - R1,789-00 Sent numerous e-mails requesting delivery details, with no response whatsoever. On 8th May got a ticket ***D*** to deal with enquiry (No further response) Phoned a Mr Sashil on the 22nd May 2020 who undertook to enquire with his accounting department, not sure for what reason, still no refund or correspondence as at 23rd May
