HP Shop - Pathetic Business

I placed and paid for an order on the 15th of June already. After countless emails, speaking to one consultant after phoning them 15 times (which I can prove), I have no correspondence, I have no feedback on when I will receive my order, and nothing has been delivered.

This is such pathetic business ethics, I don't understand how they can be in online retail. I have paid money for something I don't even have yet, after 11 business days!!!

And if I want to phone them and complain, that can't even happen, because NO ONE ever answers the phone!
