HP Shop Manager goes the extra mile

I can write the whole story here but at this moment it is not important, what does matter is the assistance of Nomvuyo Masum, the HP Shop manager and the incredible assistance that I received from her. I was not the easiest customer to deal with and she handled the situation perfectly, she stayed calm and professional and sorted out my problem quick fast. I honestly wish there where more managers like her! Thanks for turning my experience into a pleasurable one Nomvuyo!
