Hp shop is a ***** selling broken laptops

Hp shop sold me a laptop that was completely dead , when trying to contact them they transfer me to over 10 people when giving my case numbers (4 different case numbers)they say that the case is closed yet I have not spoken to anyone nor got assistance with my faulty dead laptop i have been waiting over 3 weeks for assistance
