HP Shop *****

On the 7th of November I ordered an HP laptop and to date it has not been delivered. There isn’t even a courtesy email or call from the store to inform me when they intend to deliver the goods I paid for. Sending emails and calling the store has yielded no results as both forms of communication are handled by a machine automatic response. I went into the Fourways Mall Store to have them help resolve the matter, all they did was to take the order number and say the order doesn’t come from them. I have called the store several times over several days and each and every time they tell me the person who was helping you previously is not at work, I have to start from scratch to explain the problem. This is *****, I paid R 15999 for the product and it is not being delivered and there is no reason being given why that is the case. There is no response whatsoever to my query.
