HP SHOP - DON'T BOTHER, PATHETIC SERVICE

Another company claiming to provide a service that in reality they are not. I ordered and paid for ink cartridges (that were in stock at the time!!). We still haven't received delivery and when you try to get through to them they: either don't answer the phones; don't reply to your emails or eventually when you do get hold of someone they can't help you. Seriously HP, stop taking money from your clients and not giving them what they paid for, DISGUSTING.
