HP SHOP CAPE TOWN. BS

I've bought I brand freaking new laptop on contract at Telkom Store in Stellenbosch. The same day I open it up, the windows and everything was slow, unfortunately I can't take it back because it's on contract and now I must deal with this BS for 3 years. I've emailed Hp and they took it in for repairs, they downgrade my windows 11 to 10... I was hoping it will be faster but noooo freaking improvement. I've been leaving my laptop just in my bag and didn't use it. Now I want to sit and work on it and it make me so angry to sit with this thing till my contract is over. WHAT CAN I DO!!!!!!!!!!. I'm a TEACHER and NEED TO WORK!!!!! why can't they just give me a new thing or give me options to work towards it.
