HP Shop aftersales useless. No feedback,No numbers that picks up

Was easy to make an online order but getting the outstanding item is pathetic. You are not able to speak to anybody on line. The hp shop line keeps you on hold for a long time until your airtime runs out. Tried an alterative number with the same experience. It is already 4 days with no answer at all. HP Shop online is pathetic.
