HP online shop worst service ever!

I placed an online order on 3 May 2020 and I have been phoning them with no answer. I hold for 20 mins + every time and then just get cut off. The website gives you no indication on when you will receive your order. I have received an email stating thank you for your patience and that is it. I've send numerous emails and get no reply to it. The worst service ever!!
