HP ONLINE LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE (hp shop sales desk)
HP Online Store has no clue, losing customers before they get them!!!
I enquired about the HP Envy x360 Convertible Intel® Core? i7 10th Gen 15-dr1003ni 15.6" HD Touchscreen Laptop (SKU: 8UJ50EA) - I had 2 questions, the first was WHEN they would get stock and/or whether I could go and procure from a physical HP store at the same price.
The response from Sashil Sookul via the online support team is that they do not have stock - this is rhetorical and the response stops there...... nothing about we can get when in a couple of days or visit a particular store - simply no stock

09 Sept 2020, 12:53When calling ***- on transferring of the call, it disconnects - have to say guys, while the HP Envy X360 is apparently the best in class, good luck and getting one from HP or advise on WHO has stock of equivalent or similar
