HP ON CAMPUS DO NOT DELIVER ON THEIR PROMISES

I bought a Samsung galaxy tab 3 on 12/10/2015 at HP on campus KwaMnyandu,Durban and it was fully paid for and it was promised to be delivered in 3 weeks time, I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THE DELIVER TILL TODAY. IT IS NOW ALMOST 7 MONTHS SINCE I PAID FOR THE DEVICE. The worse part is that they do not respond to my emails,calls and inbox on Facebook.
