HP ***** NO RESPONSE

I've paid for an order over 11 days ago. I have not heard or received any feedback from this company. Now when I try to log in to my account, it says it's been deleted? All my money is gone and not a single response from this company. When you phone them it just rings even when you are the only customer holding. I've mailed so many times and not a single person has reached out. This is disgraceful, as someone who works in a customer service orientated environment I wash I could rate a 0. Or even in the minus. -10 for this company. I get better service at home affairs.
