HP makes bad printers

Purchasing the HP Office Jet 3830 is a huge mistake. You will spend more time fixing it than actual usage. Ink lasts about 30 pages and that could cost you almost R900. Scanning software is defective and doesn't work well including the page alignment feature which causes paper to crumble in the machine. I would not recommend buying this product for home.or office use. Your Bluetooth and internet connection is also very problematic.

I feel HP ripped me off by creating a defective product. This coming from a HP user for the last 16 years.
