HP IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE SHEER ARROGANCE/INCOMPETENCE

Absolutely pathetic. Typical big corporate arrogance. Judging by the other reviews on HelloPeter I don't expect a reply because they're far too arrogant to be bothered with dealing with a trivial annoyance like a loyal customer of 10yrs + All I want is a replacement battery for my HP laptop. Couldn't easily find anybody on the internet. Contacted HP directly via online chat - WHAT A JOKE, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Eventually after much struggling to find a phone number for them *** from their website - IT DOESN'T ACTUALLY EXIST. Needed to phone more than 10 different companies to eventually find one. Laptop cost about R8000. Bought 2 years ago and now a replacement battery will cost me close to R2000 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
