HP has no service or client consideration....

I have an HP Pavillion and the battery goes flat after 3-4 hours. I have contacted Incredible Connections where I bought it and every other HO shop in the various Malls, All they say is they are not sure what to do but if I take it to the repair centre they will send it to HP and they will asses it. IT CAN TAKE UP TO 21 DAYS ...I cant be without a computer for 21 days..I am super angry and could just jump on this HP Pavilion
