HP Dropped the ball!

I have worked for the same company Now for 7 year, We in the I.T.C department make it a standard to purchase only HP Probook 450.. Now I can not fault the Probook 450 G0 through to the Probook 450 G4.

The Probook 450 G5, I am sure it an amazing notebook.. However, We will no long be purchasing any HP Products !

the reason Being every single G5 we did purchased(16) , Had the following issue the HDD where not fasted in the HDD bay!! really HP where is the quality control.

This caused havoc as most of them where shipped to our branched across Africa and internationally ..

We are by no means a large enterprise , however we do have a quite a large foot print. HP after a totally of 16 year of loyally to you and your establishment, I will have to move my business else where!.

I can only assume I'm not the only customer that will be moving to a new brand

Please fix your Quality check procedure.. As this little problem could have devastating effects
