HP doesn't even suck!

If ever you want a reason to pull out your hair, try getting hold of a human at HP! Nearly impossible.

Take your laptop in for repairs at ons of their repair centers. Sign the quote and pay the amount due. Then try getting back your product within the 5 days that they state in the quote. Impossible!

Try getting to reply on your complaint e-mails? Nothing! Try phoning then, no such lack.

I am left speachless by total lack of service of a company like HP with its well known name.

I think that they have outcrown the idividual customer that have been supporting then over the years and only focusses on big deals.

Thank you HP for showing me your true colors.
