HP -DO NOT BUY- ZERO AFTER SALES SERVICE

Bough and HP laptop , after 6 months it stopped working, SLA is 7-21 days.. Was handed in on the 23rd August and still no sight of the repair. Zero feedback from HP. Only give you feedback when you request it and wait days for a response. now on the 28 September 2023 been told that the ETA is still 2 to 3 weeks, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.. A LAPTOP THAT I less then 6 MONTHS OLD , NEEDS MORE THEN 2 MONTHTO FIX. ABSOLUE RUBISH SERVICE> . Absolute ******* servie
