HP and Resellers shocking after sales service

Bought an HP Pavillion 2 years ago and it now needs a battery. Mailed and called HP , Incredible Connections and HP outlets in various Malls and then contacted Incredible Connections where I bought it ....It is now 3 days on mail and the phone and I still cant get anyone to help me get a battery fitted. Shocking Service.
