HP 255 junk

HP 255...the worst laptop on the market, and their complaints procedure and customer service procedure...non existent. Tried logged a complaint on their website.. no help and website worth just as little. Traded my entry level Lenovo for this piece of sh#t. After many years of wasted money on upgrades, HP has lost me as a customer entirely. Honestly, junk like this shouldn't be on the market. The simplest of applications takes close to half an hour to complete, mostly without success. I'm just about fed up, close to destroying this piece of **** against a wall.
