Faulty Hp Laptop.

Good morning, I bought an HP laptop at incredible connection on the 5th of may and the very next day one of the buttons came off. Then I went through a lot of drama but eventually the matter was resolved. Now, my caps lock, "N", "B" ,"/" and "7" are not working anymore. I don't know what to do and I feel very disappointed in the brand "hp" because I bought the laptop because I was told "hp" was a better brand. Now it's been giving me all these problems and I don't know what to do about it. I am a student and need my laptop to do assignments which I can't do now because I can't type my password in because it contains the "N" character which doesn't work. I would really appreciate your assistance on the matter.
