faulty goods replaced by HP shop

the manager at the HP shop replaced my malfunctioning computer speaker set after I posted a complaint a few weeks earlier on Hellopeter. The manager was new and not employed at that branch when I bought the speakers.<br> I like to thank the HP manager, mr Madonsela, for his help to resolve the problem.
