Raphael Ndlovu at the HP shop in the Rosebank Mall, Johannesburg, was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone wanting help with their PC be it, upgrades, purchasing or just general help to contact this superb employee. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is well worth his weight in gold and such a pleasure to deal with someone who is proud of their work and is only too happy to help.
