Drivers just disappear

After going to the store first time and getting assistance with my pc I never thought I would find myself complaining about it again. I have windows 10 pro and I update automatically, I was assisted well and managed to resolve my issue, which has happened to me twice since I bought my notebook, but it happened again and the no one can guarantee that it will not happen again. I cant be loosing drivers from the ethers, it's frustrating.
