DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HP SHOP! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED

Honestly the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Have been trying for three days to get someone to tell me what is happening with an R25 000 order. NO ONE gives a damn! They don't reply on facebook, twitter, online, email and the helpline doesn't get answered no matter how many times you call or hold on.
