DISSAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I GOT FROM HP

I am writing this review with so much sadness,disappointment ,anger and frustration in my heart. Since I bought this machine I had never had joy in my work and excitement I that I bought the so called reliable brand .To make matters worse I receive no update from you guys except when I make follow up complain about the non-functional laptop .Since last year I have complained about this machine .It was taken twice for repairs whilst it’s still less than 8 months old .
