Disgusting service

I ordered and paid for cartridges on Wednesday 19th February before 11 AM and delivery was promised the next day. This is their policy. Thursday and Friday came and went and I stayed in my tiny bedsitter in an old age home. I emailed a few times and nobody bothered to respond. I had urgent printing to do so ended up spending R200.00+ at the local print shop. I am critically short of money. i have not heard a word from anybody. There has been no apology. I am disgusted.
