Disappointed

So I received a R200 voucher via an order from Vodacom to the HP Shop! Exciting! I went to the site, ordered an item on 27th of March and on the website it states that if the ordered is done before midday, it will be delivered the next day... Nothing. I phone the call centre on Friday, and I was told it will be delivered on Monday. Midday Monday (before writing this review) I called again after seeing it was cancelled on the website...Online chat reveals that the stock is still on it's way and will be delivered Wednesday!!! I to this moment have no answer as to why it was cancelled and by whom. Really not a happy chappy, but I guess I shouldn't moan as it is after all free (which I still find really sad and disappointing).
