COLOR CARTRIDGE NOT KEEPING LONG

Last Sunday 6 May 2018 I ordered a color print cartridge over take alot. I printed not even really like 10 or 15 pages with the color and my cartridge is already empty how can that be please tell me do you sell only half full cartridges or how do it work. I have a HP1510 printer, I need urgent advice
