Careful when buying HP laptops

The screen of my HP laptop broke twice in 7 months. The first time it was replaced after a while but now I had a very bad experience and after more than 2 weeks the LT was send back without repair. The screen had difficulty to open and somehow there apparently were brackets that broke. It was not my doing and must have happened after the LT was sent in for the repair. The service was extremely poor and nobody actually gave a damn about the urgency of the matter. Please be careful when buying a HP laptop !!!!!
