Cannot honor online purchase and extremely long refund time

I ordered a printer and carriage on line (***).

Due to their truck being hijacked they could not deliver and they do not have stock with no "ETA" on when they will have stock again. so they cannot honour my order and they then decided to refund me. without any option to source a printer fro thier shops etc.

Now 5 days later still not refund, and then today I get told that they have approved the refund and that the actual refund will take another 7 to 10 working days.

I paid online and they could not deliver now I am going to wait another 7 to 10 days before they can resolve their issues, at my expense.

Pathetic service with no sense of urgency or understanding.
